Returns

MADE TO ORDER GOODS

We are unable to accept returns of made-to-order items unless faulty. Made to measure garments go through strict quality checks before they leave both the manufacturer and Kilts & Trews Ltd. Should there be a fault with your made to measure garment, please reach out to orders@kiltsandtrews.com

When placing an order for a made-to-order product, a member of our team will contact you to confirm delivery timescales and all measurements (where applicable) to ensure that everything is confirmed before the manufacturing process begins.

FOR ALL OTHER RETURNS

All returned items you must contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order to advise of any issues with your product(s).

If a refund/exchange is accepted, it will only be provided upon receipt of the returned goods being received in the same condition as they were sent. If we can’t send your requested replacement item, someone will contact you to discuss your options.

As set out in our terms and conditions, should you return your purchase for a refund, the delivery cost you originally paid is non-refundable, unless we have sent you an incorrect or defective item.

The customer will be liable for the payment of the postage charge in the event of the return of a non-faulty item.

We will refund you to your original payment method. If that is not possible, we will contact you to discuss.
